Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LifeRebuild (“LifeRebuild”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use liferebuild.app, its account features, support, and AI Coach. Contact privacy@liferebuild.app for privacy questions or requests.

Account and identity: email address, authentication provider, account identifiers, confirmation state, and optional display name.

Information you choose to record: routines, supplements, sleep, mood and energy, journal entries, gym activity, nutrition and weight, tasks, calendar items, weekly reviews, onboarding answers, Coach conversations, Coach memory, and preferences. Some of this may reveal health-related or otherwise sensitive information.

Service and device information: account activity timestamps, release and error identifiers, browser family, platform, display mode, request and security signals, product usage counters, and limited analytics about page use.

Billing: subscription status, product, price, currency, provider customer and subscription identifiers, and billing-event status. Polar collects and processes payment-card details; LifeRebuild does not store full card details.

We use information to authenticate accounts; provide, synchronize, personalize, secure, and troubleshoot the service; operate subscriptions; enforce allowances; respond to support and privacy requests; prevent abuse; and improve reliability and product experience.

Where applicable, we process information to perform our agreement with you, based on your choices and consent for optional features, for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, and to meet legal obligations.

When you use Coach, onboarding Coach, or AI meal analysis, relevant prompt text and selected LifeRebuild context are sent through a server-managed AI provider connection to produce the response you requested. The active provider can change for reliability and may include OpenCode-hosted models, DeepSeek, Groq, Cerebras, or Google Gemini. Provider credentials never reach your browser.

For troubleshooting, authorized administrators can review a separate copy of AI requests and responses, including the relevant context you supplied. Provider reasoning and credentials are excluded. These diagnostic copies are available for 30 days and removed by daily cleanup afterward; deleting an individual record or memory does not remove its earlier diagnostic copy. Deleting your account removes its diagnostic copies too.

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. LifeRebuild does not use Coach to make legal, employment, credit, insurance, medical, or similarly consequential decisions about you. You can use the manual product without Coach and can remove individual Coach memories or delete your account.

We disclose only the information needed to providers that help operate the service: Supabase for authentication and database hosting; Vercel for application hosting, delivery, and analytics; configured AI inference providers for requested AI features; Polar for subscriptions and payments; Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention; and Zoho Mail when you email support or privacy contacts.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, during a business transaction subject to appropriate protections, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Durable product records are stored in an account-scoped Supabase database protected by row-level access controls. We use authenticated sessions, encrypted transport, restricted server credentials, revision-checked writes, and operational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Our providers may process information outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on provider contractual safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms. Provider locations and safeguards may change as infrastructure evolves.

Account records remain while your account is active. You can delete individual records and Coach memories, export eligible records, or permanently delete your account in Settings → Data. Account deletion revokes an active Polar subscription before removing the authentication account and account-scoped product records.

Backups, fraud-prevention records, billing event evidence, security logs, and records required for tax, dispute, or legal obligations may remain for a limited period before deletion or irreversible de-identification. Support email remains in the applicable mailbox until the request is resolved and ordinary mailbox retention applies.

You can access and correct much of your information in the product, download an export, control optional Coach memory, stop using AI features, manage billing through Polar, and delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Send requests to privacy@liferebuild.app. We may need to verify your account before acting. You may have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

LifeRebuild is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age required to consent to online services where you live, use LifeRebuild only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian. Contact us if you believe a child provided information without appropriate authorization.

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or law changes. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice when a change materially affects how information is handled. Contact privacy@liferebuild.app or hello@liferebuild.app.
