Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LifeRebuild. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. If local law requires parental or guardian authorization, you must have it.

LifeRebuild is personal organization, tracking, planning, journaling, and AI-assisted coaching software. Features may evolve as we improve the service. We may set reasonable technical and fair-use limits to protect reliability and other users.

LifeRebuild does not diagnose or treat ADHD or any medical condition and is not medical care, therapy, crisis support, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Tracking, estimates, trends, and AI responses may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on LifeRebuild for emergencies, medication decisions, or other high-stakes decisions.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in method, activity under your account, and maintaining independent exports you need. You retain ownership of content you enter. You give LifeRebuild a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access or usage controls, probe or exploit security weaknesses, access another person’s account, upload unlawful or infringing material, use automated traffic that harms reliability, reverse engineer protected service components except where law permits, or use the service to harm others.

AI features may send the prompt and relevant account context to a server-managed inference provider. AI output is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions and confirmations before acting. Supported writes provide receipts, confirmation where required, and undo where available, but you remain responsible for checking your records.

Free and Pro features are described on the pricing page and at checkout. Paid plans are processed by Polar. A card-required trial converts to the displayed paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends. Checkout shows the price, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, and any first-period discount before you submit payment.

You can manage or cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and access continues through the paid period unless Polar states otherwise. Refunds are governed by the checkout terms and applicable law. Failed or reversed payment may suspend Pro access without deleting your raw records.

LifeRebuild relies on providers for hosting, authentication, AI inference, analytics, abuse prevention, email, and billing. Their services may have separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we select and configure providers to support the service.

LifeRebuild, its software, design, branding, and service content are owned by the LifeRebuild operator or licensors and protected by applicable law. These terms grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly.

You may stop using LifeRebuild at any time and can permanently delete your account in Settings → Data. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or legal compliance. We may terminate accounts for material or repeated violations, with notice where practical and lawful.

We work to keep LifeRebuild reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, a particular outcome, or that every error can be recovered. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeRebuild is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from the service. For claims that may lawfully be limited, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for LifeRebuild during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will receive reasonable notice, and continued use after their effective date means you accept them. The laws and courts applicable to the LifeRebuild operator’s principal place of business govern disputes, except where mandatory consumer law gives you other rights or forums.
